Cherry Yogurt Fluff



Ingredients 



Choose your zip, pick favorite stores
3⁄4 cup boiling water
1 package (8.5 g) sugar free cherry gelatin mix
1⁄2 cup cold water
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1⁄2 tsp vanilla
1 ice cubes



Directions

Prep 15 min Cook 0 min Ready 15 min

In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into gelatin mix for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add yogurt and vanilla and stir with a wire wisk until well blended.

Divide evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Add dollop if whipped cream before serving, if desired.
