2 cup water, 1 boiling, 1 cold
1 box (0.3 oz) sugar free raspberry gelatin mix
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
1 box (1 oz) fat free, sugar free instant cheesecake pudding mix
1 container (8 oz) fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions

- Add 1 cup boiling water to a large, deep mixing bowl. Stir in gelatin mix until it dissolves. Mix in 1 cup cold water and raspberries. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle pudding mix into the gelatin mixture. Beat with an electric mixer on High for about 2 minutes or until all lumps are dissolved. Fold in whipped topping. Evenly divide into 8 individual serving dishes. Refrigerate until set.
