Peanut Butter Banana Roll Ups



Ingredients 

6 in whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
2 tsp sugar-free raspberry jam
1 tsp unsweetened, shredded dried coconut
1⁄2 medium banana



Directions

  1. Lay tortilla on flat surface and spread evenly with peanut butter and jam.
  2. Sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Place banana on edge of tortilla and roll up to enclose.
  4. Wrap loosely in paper towel and microwave on high for 30-35 seconds.
