Berry Crisp



 Ingredients 

1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed berries, cherries, or blueberries
1 box (7/8 oz) sugar-free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
1⁄4 cup non-fat milk
1 1⁄2 cup old fashioned oats
1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
8 oz fat-free plain yogurt
1 tsp almond extract



Directions

Prep 5 min Cook 40 min Ready 45 min


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8 x 8 inch or 2 quart baking dish.
  2. Add frozen berries, vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk to the baking dish and stir well to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together old fashioned oats, Splenda sugar substitute, yogurt, and almond extract. Evenly sprinkle topping over the berry mixture.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is brown and the fruit is bubbly.
